Own and execute industrial automation projects with engineers and technicians.
Develop and upgrade data acquisition and control systems.
Provide technical support and guidance for controls techs.
Lead technicians and/or contractors efficiently.
Commission new hardware.
Drive continuous improvements in processes, build times, maintenance, and team communication.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
2+ years of experience in a controls technician, controls specialist, or engineering role
Bachelor degree in an engineering or technology field
Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, NFPA 79 and UL508A codes
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Passion for advancing the commercial space industry and human spaceflight
