Participate in equipment concept development and balance specs, cost, and lead time.
Lay out electrical control panels and create electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics.
Architect, write, and debug PLC code for manufacturing applications.
Develop robot systems to aid automated manufacturing of vehicle sub-components.
Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant safety systems for robots and conveyors.
Generate simple, informative HMI screens and provide troubleshooting feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
1+ years experience in automation and controls design/commissioning.
Process integration and electromechanical/mechatronic systems experience.
Experience with robotic welds (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc).
Experience with National Instruments software and hardware.
Electrical schematic CAD experience using EPlan.
