Create end-to-end automation for ITSM workflows.
Translate specs and customer needs into working automation.
Identify opportunities for new templates via platform capabilities and feedback.
Develop documentation for templates, setup guides, and troubleshooting.
Create training materials and enablement resources to drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
2+ years IT/ITSM or related tech role.
Hands-on with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
Scripting: PowerShell or JavaScript.
Experience with TeamDynamix iPaaS and CAI.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
