- Primary liaison between automation, supply chain, production, and development operations to meet milestones.
- Ideate and implement manufacturing processes to boost throughput and safety.
- Manage build, configuration, and installation of modular automation assets from materials to handoff.
- Work with engineering and support teams to update designs in response to issues and obsolescence.
- Prepare documentation for transition from development to production, including assembly procedures and BOMs.
- Contribute to design reviews on manufacturability, reliability, and quality control.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 2+ years in design, manufacturing, and/or production of mechanical or electrical hardware systems (internships/projects qualify).
- 2+ years implementing design for manufacture for electromechanical systems.
- 2+ years experience in cross-functional design-to-manufacturing transitions.
- 3D CAD modeling with NX/Catia/SolidWorks (or equivalent) and DFMEA/PFMEA.
- SPC knowledge and SQL databases; strong communication skills.
