🎯 Requirements
- Experience as a BA delivering automation in Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, regulatory considerations and controls.
- Translate complex requirements into clear docs and user stories.
- Experience with RPA/workflow tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
- Confident communicator across diverse teams and levels.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
