Automated Welding Technician (Starship)

📋 Description

• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment such as robots and welders.
• Set up and calibrate machinery from blueprints and specs.
• Perform material handling and assemble sections for integration.
• Conduct in-process inspections with calipers, laser scanners, and NDT.
• Prepare surfaces for welding, beveling, and deburring.
• Collaborate with engineers and teams to refine welding params.
• Maintain 5S and safety in a fast aerospace environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ years in hardware assembly, test, or maintenance.
• Technical cert in machining, fabrication, or welding (preferred).
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and QA software.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and PPE use.
