About This Role 

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The Project Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by assisting with documentation, coordination, and communication across teams.

What You'll Do

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of mechanical and automation control projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Estimating Support: Collaborate with the estimating team to review and validate project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and addressing needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication across all stakeholders.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.

• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations, and proactively address any compliance issues that arise.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Knowledge of HVAC and/or building automation controls industry is a plus 

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
