About This Role 

We are seeking a talented Hydronics Technician to join our team in Utah. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.

  • Diagnose and repair issues with hydronic heating/cooling systems
  • Work with AHUs and VAVs to ensure proper airflow and temperature control.
  • Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.

  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

What You'll Bring 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience servicing boiler and chiller systems.
  • Knowledge of hydronics, HVAC controls, and building automation systems.
  • EPA 608 certification (required).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NATE certification or equivalent.

  • Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.

  • Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.
