Responsibilities

Identify and develop HVAC sales opportunities within the local market
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities managers, and end users
Prepare accurate quotes, present options, and negotiate terms
Provide product knowledge and guidance on system design and energy efficiency
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC or related industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel locally as needed
Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems is a plus
