🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years auto claims experience; leadership preferred
  • Experience handling attorney-represented injuries and PIP/Medpay claims
  • Ability to lead and empower a team of auto adjusters and senior adjusters
  • Experience creating and delivering training for auto adjusters and support staff
  • Comfort communicating expectations and overseeing staff and TPA adjusters
  • Focus on delivering best customer experience from FNOL to resolution
