- 5+ years auto claims experience; leadership preferred
- Experience handling attorney-represented injuries and PIP/Medpay claims
- Ability to lead and empower a team of auto adjusters and senior adjusters
- Experience creating and delivering training for auto adjusters and support staff
- Comfort communicating expectations and overseeing staff and TPA adjusters
- Focus on delivering best customer experience from FNOL to resolution
