🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in payments, financial services, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with card transaction flows, decisioning, and declines.
- Working knowledge of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard) and issuer/processor interactions.
- Experience designing or executing authorization optimization strategies.
- Comfort influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to work directly with external partners including merchants, processors, and networks.
