• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for ABA Therapy.

• Confirm authorization requirements per payor for all leads.

• Request and track commercial and Medicaid authorizations.
\n
• Maintain active insurance coverage for all clients.
\n
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, clients/guardians, and payors.
\n
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

\n
• High School diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement.
\n
• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience.
\n
• Typing speed of 55 WPM with high accuracy.
\n
• Knowledge of commercial insurance plans (in-state and out-of-state), preferred.
\n
• Working knowledge of ABA Therapy, CPT codes, preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid, preferred.
\n
