Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Auterion, you will lead cross-functional programs that span software, hardware, and operations. You will align stakeholders, define roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from discovery to delivery across engineering, product, QA, and operations teams.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans; manage dependencies and blockers.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Implement and improve program management processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Balance scope, schedule, and quality to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in technical environments shipping software/hardware products.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive programs to completion.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and roadmapping.
• Background in drone, autonomous systems, or related hardware/software domains is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
