The Role

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of embedded software for drone hardware platforms. You will collaborate with hardware, systems, and software teams to deliver robust firmware and software components, and you will shape software architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software development for drone hardware platforms
• Architect and implement real-time firmware in C/C++
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction
• Collaborate with hardware teams to define interfaces and testing strategies
• Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of embedded systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of embedded software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr), and real-time systems
• Experience with ARM microcontrollers, debugging, and cross-compilation
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
