🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Eng or related field.
7+ years in hardware testing/verification/validation; 2+ years leadership; automotive/aerospace.
V&V expertise and testing methods incl. HIL, RCCA, fault injection.
Experience with test automation tools; collaborate with software teams on verification tools.
Experience with sensing/data collection (accelerometers, strain gauges) and systems engineering.
JAMA/JIRA usage; automotive communication protocols; strong written/verbal communication.
