🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in program management; HR experience preferred; 3+ years leading PMs
  • Strategic breadth connecting culture, comp, and recruiting across the talent lifecycle
  • Mastery of ambiguity; builds structures that resolve it
  • Data-driven with HR analytics and systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Coaching mindset; develops talent and resilient team culture
  • Talent management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
