• 5+ years in TA ops in high-growth environments.
• Own TA roadmap; optimize modern TA tech stack (Greenhouse, Ashby).
• Operationalize TA metrics; build self-service dashboards.
• Partner with People Tech/IT to design integrations.
• Establish data quality standards and data hygiene accountability.
• AI-curiosity to streamline hiring processes.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $108,000-$173,000 per year.
