🎯 Requirements

10+ years in HR with Talent Management, SWP, and Performance.
Experience partnering with C-suite execs in fast-growing firms.
Tech industry experience preferred.
Bachelor's in HR; advanced degree preferred.
Proficient in Workday and HR systems for data insights.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
Willing to travel ~10% and be on-site 3 days/week.
In-person role located in Mountain View/SF/Pittsburgh/Seattle.

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range: $176k-$284k per year.
Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
