- 10+ years in HR with Talent Management, SWP, and Performance.
- Experience partnering with C-suite execs in fast-growing firms.
- Tech industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's in HR; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficient in Workday and HR systems for data insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
- Willing to travel ~10% and be on-site 3 days/week.
- In-person role located in Mountain View/SF/Pittsburgh/Seattle.
π Benefits
- Base salary range: $176k-$284k per year.
- Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
