🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR with Talent Management, SWP, and Performance.
  • Experience partnering with C-suite execs in fast-growing firms.
  • Tech industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's in HR; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Workday and HR systems for data insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
  • Willing to travel ~10% and be on-site 3 days/week.
  • In-person role located in Mountain View/SF/Pittsburgh/Seattle.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $176k-$284k per year.
  • Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • On-site office days in SF/ MV/ PIT/ SEA.
