Auditor - Safety, Security and Compliance

📋 Description

• Plan, prepare and perform IEP and compliance audits per SMS/CSM/ADAMP.
• Conduct OSHA, DOT D&A, and Security Program audits per regs.
• Ensure procedures comply with regs and corporate policies.
• Identify audit results, non-conformities, and prepare reports.
• Manage audit data via Aero's SMS platform and analyze trends.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in IEP or aviation compliance auditing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain airport SIDA/AOA badge as needed.
• Must pass a TSA CHRC.
