📋 Description

• Conduct internal/external quality audits for ICD-10 code abstraction accuracy.
• Mitigate risk by validating EDGE data is supported in provider documentation.
• Review RAC team performance and report audit trends to leadership.
• Maintain ICD-10-CM guideline compliance and risk-adjustment standards.
• Conduct CMS audits of RADV activities.
• Remote role; open to AZ, FL, GA, or TX; travel for meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• CPC certification.
• 3+ years retrospective risk adjustment coding experience.
• 1+ year QA or RADV audit experience.
