Maintain accurate records and generate audit reports for leadership.
Flag discrepancies and recommend process improvements to reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (hard requirement)
Accounting and billing knowledge for U.S.-based companies
Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently
Available 20 hours/week part-time remote
