🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems and SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of SaaS enterprise applications and system administration fundamentals
- Experience with iPaaS and automation tools like Workato or n8n
- Experience building API integrations with REST and webhooks
- Working knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI and LLM-based capabilities
- Familiarity with SaaS processes like lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay
