📋 Description

  • Responds to RFPs by answering questions and summarizing costs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage sales workflow.
  • Learn to use Responsive to import security questionnaires; assist in completion.
  • Update the proposal system with pricing, statuses, dates, and tracking.
  • Assist Revenue Operations projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication; customer relations; organizational and PM skills.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
  • Learn formal RFP procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of software/PC apps; able to learn Salesforce and JIRA.
  • Able to work in a small team environment.
  • Commit 35-40 hours per week.
