📋 Description

  • Account Management: Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders and strategic plans.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features to meet customer needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify/address customer issues with internal teams.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights to drive product improvements.
  • Training & Education: Run 1:many sessions to empower customers (webinars, emails, content).
  • Retention & Expansion: Maximize value, minimize churn, and pursue expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS).
  • Audit/risk/compliance experience (preferred).
  • 1+ year with AuditBoard modules and data loads (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and drive ROI.
  • English and French fluent; German/Arabic a plus.
