📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from planning to completion.
• Plan, budget, direct, and complete audits from start to finish.
• Manage engagements to budget and deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff and interns.
• Develop recommendations for business/process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 150 semester hours required.
• 2-6 years external audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or progress; desire to obtain CPA.
• Ability to lead, recruit, train, mentor, manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent client service and relationship skills.
• US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards; strong analytical skills.
