Own US regulatory audits & exams (MTLs, federal, third-party)
Primary contact for regulators, examiners, external auditors
Plan and execute audit prep: documents, walkthroughs, control demos
Maintain audit readiness across licensed states; keep docs current
Track and report audit findings and CAPs with timelines
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Ops, Eng, and Product to remediate findings

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years in regulatory audits, compliance examinations, or audit mgmt in financial/crypto
Direct MTL exam experience preferred
Knowledge of U.S. money transmission regs, BSA/AML, and exam processes
Experience coordinating regulator/external auditor responses, doc production, issue remediation
Excellent organization and PM skills; able to manage multiple audits
