- Conduct regulatory reporting tests for HMDA, MCR, and state filings.
- Validate data accuracy and strengthen internal controls across mortgage reporting.
- Assist in HMDA LAR testing and Mortgage Call Reports as directed.
- Document findings per internal audit standards; escalate data issues.
- Prepare loan files for internal reviews and regulatory examinations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years in mortgage compliance, quality control, audits, or regulatory reporting.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle (origination to post-closing).
- Experience performing loan-level file reviews or transactional testing.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
