Audio Visual Technician, On Call

📋 Description

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment for events on time.
• Care for AV equipment: storage, maintenance, repair.
• Provide world-class service to clients with clear communication.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues; strong problem-solving.
• Maintain AV systems in hybrid conference rooms.
• Follow safety procedures and department standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; production degree or equivalent training preferred.
• 2+ years AV work experience.
• 2+ years experience with hybrid meetings/software/hardware.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings.
• Knowledge of live AV equipment: mixers, mics, video switchers, cameras, etc.
• Experience with Roland hardware, Q-Sys, NION, VNC a plus.
• Computer literate: Windows, Mac, Google Workspace, Zoom, QLab, etc.
