Audio Visual Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Zoom Rooms support across global offices (provisioning, config, triage).
• Administer Zoom Webinar production for company-wide events (pre-test, live A/V, post-debrief).
• Design and refresh conference room AV with displays, cameras, mics, and control systems.
• Primary AV resource for town halls and exec broadcasts; manage production workflow.
• Monitor AV room health and alert proactively; resolve issues before meetings.
• Document AV standards and runbooks in Secure IT knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years deploying and supporting Zoom Rooms in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Webinars; admin console management.
• Experience producing Zoom Webinars for 100+ participants; host controls, Q&A.
• Solid understanding of AV signal flow and networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, multicast).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot AV and conferencing issues under pressure.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset supporting executives and employees.
