Lead and coordinate GVC projects (video collaboration, life safety, large venues).
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop and manage plans, schedules, and resources using ConnectWise and MS tools.
Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations.
Monitor budgets, milestones, and profitability; ensure closeout.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience in AV, security, or related tech project management.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
Strong budgeting, cost control, profitability metrics; payroll oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
