- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations.
- Monitor budgets, milestones, and profitability; ensure closeout.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years experience in AV, security, or related tech project management.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Strong budgeting, cost control, profitability metrics; payroll oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
