  • Lead and coordinate GVC projects (video collaboration, life safety, large venues).
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage plans, schedules, and resources using ConnectWise and MS tools.
  • Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations.
  • Monitor budgets, milestones, and profitability; ensure closeout.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in AV, security, or related tech project management.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
  • Strong budgeting, cost control, profitability metrics; payroll oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
