- +5 years of experience in growth, monetization, partnerships or similar roles
- Strong partnership, business development or affiliates management skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue-generating initiatives
- Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical mindset (A/B testing, performance tracking)
- Experience with product and tech teams
