  • Define and own monetization strategy across programmatic ads, direct deals, and affiliates.
  • Balance short-term revenue with user experience and sustainability.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-offs between monetization levers and shared inventory.
  • Maximize revenue while preserving user experience and core product KPIs.
  • Be the single owner and main contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing.
  • Lead end-to-end execution with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in growth, monetization, partnerships or similar roles
  • Strong partnership, business development or affiliates management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue-generating initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical mindset (A/B testing, performance tracking)
  • Experience with product and tech teams
