🎯 Requirements

  • 10% travel to stores required.
  • Minimum 2 years in multi-store retail operations.
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs, policies and best practices.
  • Proven record of driving operational improvements and leading teams.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive improvements.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
