Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements (tech licenses, SaaS)
Provide strategic legal advice on registry, product, and marketing
Advise on contract interpretation, risk, policies, and regulatory matters
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws for products and advertising
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented approach in the Law Department

🎯 Requirements

J.D. or equivalent from an accredited law school
7+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house tech/internet
Experience drafting complex commercial agreements and tech licensing negotiations
Experience supporting product development and launches
Ability to interact with senior management and advise on risk and compliance
Virginia Bar admission or licensed elsewhere; eligible for VA Corporate Counsel
