🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend dev (Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python)
• Strong distributed systems and microservices experience
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
• Clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Collaborative, curious problem-solver
