  • Proven success managing complex customer relationships with retention/expansion.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools; comfortable learning new software.
  • Open to occasional travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication; ability to build trust and relationships.
