About This Role:

We’re looking for a Talent Growth Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Munich, Berlin, or Amsterdam for a 12-month maternity leave cover. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping usenhance growth and development for all employees across our diverse organisation.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Support the rollout of global company-wide initiatives, such as our performance review cycle, employee pulse surveys, mentorship and leadership program.
  • Design & launch innovative and engaging learning solutions, from e-learning courses to interactive workshops, addressing identified competency gaps.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback collection, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops for employees at all levels across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand learning gaps & align development initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Support the rollout and optimization of new tools and AI-driven capabilities.

Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone with learning and development experience, who is dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that inspire growth and development for our employees.

  • Previous experience in learning and development, talent development, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Skilled in leveraging learning management systems and engagement & performance softwares.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, developing training materials. Previous experience creating training programs to upskill people managers is a plus.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading engaging learning sessions and workshops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing organizational needs.
