About This Role:

We are looking for an Amazon Program Manager and Business Developer to join our Communities Monetisation team. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us lead the relationship with Amazon stakeholders, negotiate rates and budgets, drive ASIN-level performance analytics, and orchestrate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Editorial, and Content & Community teams. You will act as the first-line product manager for the Amazon program, defining requirements and working with engineering to automate tracking and improve monetization, while safeguarding our community values and user experience.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Partner ownership and negotiations
    • Own day-to-day relationship with Amazon/Audible points of contact across EMEA+MX; run structured bi-weekly business reviews in an Amazonian, data-driven way.
    • Negotiate rates, tiers, coop budgets, and event packages based on robust forecasts derived from historical data and market insights.
    • Build joint business plans, define event strategies, and align on success metrics.
  • Performance analytics and insights
    • Secure reliable transaction, GMV, and commission data at ASIN level; partner with Data Analysts/Engineers to deliver dashboards and automated reporting.
    • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly deep dives to assess monetization, profitability, and CX; translate insights into clear actions and growth bets.
  • Product and tracking ownership
    • Act as first-line product manager for the Amazon program: gather requirements, write business/functional specs, prioritize backlog, and coordinate delivery.
    • Drive tracking and attribution excellence across countries/campaigns; partner with Product/Engineering to automate tracking (e.g., via Clicky/our click service) and reduce manual work.
    • Champion operational excellence: define guardrails, SOPs, and scalable processes to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
    • A senior stakeholder for commercial and data product innovation across markets.
  • Content & Community teams collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with Content & Community teams to source and surface the best Amazon offers and campaigns (BAU and peak events), delivering performance without compromising community values.
    • Ensure teams have the right tools, guidance, and bandwidth; collect feedback to continuously improve workflows and content quality.
  • Testing and experimentation
    • Design and run structured tests and pilots with Amazon counterparts to optimize monetization while preserving UX.
    • Lead cross-functional retrospectives and post-mortems to make sure learnings are integrated and improve our processes.
  • Event leadership
    • Plan and execute Tier 1 & 2 Amazon events; set targets, organize internal war rooms, align stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution.
    • Deliver clear reporting to leadership, including pre-event plans, in-flight updates, and post-event analysis.
  • Data quality
    • Work with the Data teams so that we build and maintain high data quality and usage to ensure we have access to the right information for fast decision-making.

Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone with Amazon ecosystem experience, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.

  • 6+ years in the Amazon ecosystem (Vendor/Marketplace, AVS, Devices, KAM, Program/Product Management) with a track record of owning partner relationships and delivering growth.
  • Strong negotiator able to build compelling value propositions and secure budgets while maintaining partner satisfaction and profitability.
  • Data-driven operator with advanced Excel skills; hands-on understanding of SQL and building analysis independently is a strong plus.
  • Product mindset: capable of drafting business requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and collaborating with tech and non-tech teams to ship scalable solutions.
  • Proven experience running peak events and launches across multiple countries; comfortable leading cross-functional workstreams under time pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence across Content & Community, Product, Data, and Commercial teams.
  • Passion for community-first commerce; balances performance goals with user trust and CX.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity; able to anticipate risks and drive operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with Audible, Amazon Promotions/Deals, Ads, and building internal tools/process automation.
