External Tool Integration: ServiceNow, Rally, Azure DevOps, VersionOne migrations.
Consulting Acumen: Manage billable hours, utilization, fixed-price delivery.
Leadership Skills: Stakeholder mgmt; push back on scope creep; align teams.
Atlassian certifications preferred.
