Develop, implement, and support Jira automations with Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI.
Design and manage REST API integrations to move data between Jira and apps.
Collaborate with teams to optimize Jira workflows and integrations.
Build and maintain Problems, Incident, Change, and Release workflows.
ITIL best practices adherence.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Atlassian/Jira environments (workflows, permissions, dashboards).
REST API integrations experience.
ITIL processes experience (Problem/Incident/Change/Release).
Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI integrations.
Strong collaboration and time management.
Minimum English Level B2.
