About the Role: Transforming Data into Actionable Insights

We're seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in translating complex business needs into insightful data visualizations. You'll be at the forefront of collaborating with various departments, understanding their reporting requirements, and architecting robust data models to power dynamic Tableau dashboards. Beyond dashboard development, you'll actively contribute to shaping our team's best practices and data architecture, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Challenge

  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and refine reporting requirements.
  • Data Modeling Expertise: Design and implement effective data models that accurately reflect business needs and support efficient reporting.
  • Tableau Mastery: Develop interactive and visually compelling Tableau dashboards that empower users to explore data and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Contribution: Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and share your knowledge to enhance the team's overall skillset and best practices.
  • Is this you?

  • You have strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis. Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation is highly valued.
  • You have proven experience designing and building insightful Tableau dashboards that cater to diverse user needs. Alternatively experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
  • You have solid experience in data modeling principles and building data marts
  • You are familiar with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses)
  • You have experience with DBT (or equivalent data transformation tools)
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly
  • You have a proactive and analytical mindset to tackle complex data challenges and deliver innovative solutions
  • You’re not afraid to propose new approaches supported by sound reasons, yet willing to find a win-win solution that may sometimes be different from your original idea.
  • You can clearly communicate your progress, ask for help, provide feedback, and document your work
