Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role overview

AstroPay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment to support our growing product and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across functions to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and network; champion diversity and inclusion.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and people teams on onboarding and future planning.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; knowledge of UK employment practices is a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
