Sales Manager
Overview
AstroPay is a global fintech/payments company seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts across multiple markets including Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, Isle of Man, Spain, United Kingdom and Uruguay. This role will drive strategy, build partnerships, grow the sales pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth across these regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned markets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align go-to-market efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in payments/fintech, with multi-region experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead across regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in relevant languages; willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
