Role overview

As the Product Lead – Cards, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance for AstroPay's card-related products across multiple markets. You will lead cross-functional teams and partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and commercial teams to define and execute a product vision that drives growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for card products and issuances.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, risk, marketing, and operations to deliver features.
• Set metrics, monitor product performance, and run experiments and A/B tests.
• Prioritize backlog, write well-defined requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Engage with multiple markets including Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, Isle of Man, London, and Spain.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or card products.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into action; experience with SQL or data tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product discovery practices.
