AstroPay is hiring a Growth Engineer to design and execute data-driven growth experiments that optimize the entire user lifecycle. You will partner with product, marketing, and data teams to drive onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization through rigorous experimentation and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to improve key metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor activation, retention, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to optimize onboarding funnels and feature adoption.
• Instrument analytics, ensure data quality, and translate results into actionable product insights.
• Tell a clear data-driven story to stakeholders and iterate based on findings.

Requirements

• 2+ years in growth, product analytics, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with experimentation platforms and building measurement instrumentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: fintech/payments domain knowledge.
