Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery to shipped outcomes.
Partner with PMs and engineers to shape direction and scope.
Design workflows and interfaces for highly technical users.
Lead user research and synthesize insights into design decisions.
Contribute to and evolve Astronomer's design systems for scale.
Use data and feedback to iterate designs post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS/platform products.
Experience designing end-to-end for developer tools or technical platforms.
Ability to own problems from ambiguity to execution, with PM/engineer collaboration.
Strong product thinking balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
High craft in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Bonus: experience designing for data engineers or developer-first audiences; familiarity with data pipelines and IDEs.
