They design and deliver robust, scalable integrations — from Jira, Solution Manager, and GitLab to custom REST and SOAP endpoints — that enable seamless data flow and optimized business processes. They guide clients on best practices for integration design, collaborate closely with team members to achieve project goals, and keep their skills on the bleeding edge. Constantly innovating on the platform, they create IP that drives value and serve as trusted technical subject matter experts for both clients and teammates.
What you’ll do:
Dazzle clients! Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practice to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
Build Stuff! Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the Astrica methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Integrate systems! Support architecture and design of bi-directional integrations with Jira, Solution Manager, and GitLab.
Develop solutions! Build integrations using Action Designer, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, catalog item creation/enhancements, custom table development, business rules, and other platform development tools.
Influence! Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and advise technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities.
Drive quality! Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the Engagement Manager.
Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning efforts.
Assist with discovery workshops
and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements.Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives.
What you bring:
US Citizenship is required
for this role.4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite.
