Lead end-to-end AP process: invoice intake, approvals, payments, reconciliations.
Partner with Procurement and Engineering for three-way matching.
Maintain internal controls; establish AP policies and ensure compliance.
Identify and resolve complex issues and process bottlenecks.
Collaborate with accounting on month-end and year-end closings.
Support audits and SOX compliance with documentation.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in accounts payable or accounting
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
Experience with 3-way match invoices
Proven ability to solve complex operational issues
Excellent cross-functional communication with stakeholders
Proactive and organized; able to manage multiple priorities
Thrives in structured chaos with precision and integrity
