Prepare and execute Loan Assumption Agreements using DocuSign.
Manage closing steps to activate new loan on time.
Respond to Assumptions emails via group email ticketing system.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Identify and resolve/escalate problems.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
General understanding of mortgage and consumer finance industry a plus.
Prior work experience in customer service preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
