Process assumption applications for solar/battery loans during ownership changes
Handle incoming calls from GoodLeap toll-free line and emails
Create Loan Assumption Agreements and manage execution with DocuSign
Follow through with closing procedures to activate new loan
Answer Assumptions emails using a group email/ticketing system
Answer incoming customer calls and assist with their needs

🎯 Requirements

Multitask and meet deadlines across projects
Identify, resolve, and escalate problems
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
General understanding of mortgage/consumer finance is a plus
Prior customer service experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
