Respond to instrument failures with Instrument Support Engineers and lab teams.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system concerns to minimize downtime.
Install new laboratory equipment (e.g., liquid handlers, sequencers, plate sealers).
Coordinate instrument installations and qualifications per equipment protocols.
Maintain preventive maintenance and calibration programs for all equipment.
Provide Level 1 service and coordinate with Level II and vendors for escalations.

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in biological science/biomedical engineering or related field
1 year of industry-related experience
Experience supporting lab equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills
